Shipping + Returns


We aim to despatch all orders within 2-3 business days. All orders are shipped from Victoria, Australia.


Orders above $50 will be expressed shipped for free.

Express shipping times range from 2-6 days depending on location.

New Zealand

Shipping to New Zealand will incur a flat fee of AUD10 for standing shipping and AUD20 for express shipping. 


We ship to the following countries with a flat shipping fee for standard or express. Shipping charges will be calculated upon checkout.

China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand 

Canada, North America

Austria, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, United Kingdom

Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Venezuela

Due to the cancellation of many international flights and country-specific restrictions, international deliveries may be delayed. You can expect possibly between 2-4 weeks. 

Duties and taxes incurred for international orders will need to be paid for by the customer and will not be MUKASWIM's responsibility.

We unfortunately don't ship to all countries globally. Email us at, let us know and we'll try to work something out!


Once your order has been despatched, you will receive tracking details via email.

International shipments are passed onto the ship to country's postal authority upon arriving in country, and some (depending on country) do not have full tracking capabilities. In these cases, it unfortunately means that tracking may not get updated after it has left Australia.

Returns must be issued within 14 days from receipt of the delivery. Returns that exceed this period will be not accepted.

Upon receiving your request and if it is approved, we will issue you a return number and details on where to ship your item. Unfortunately returns that don't go through this process will not be accepted. 

For hygiene purposes, we can only accept returns if the items are in its original condition. This means it is unworn (except to try on), unwashed, with all tags/packaging and hygiene stickers intact and free from deodorant or make up stains.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if the above criteria aren't met and returning items back to you will incur a return shipping cost.

At this time, we unfortunately aren't able to offer free returns/exchanges, and so return postage to Victoria, Australia must be covered by the customer.

We strongly advise that you check the size chart before purchasing or email us at if you have any questions prior to purchase.

Full priced items will be entitled for a refund (excluding the shipping cost if incurred), however items bought at a sale price, or with a discount code (excluding the Welcome discount code) will be issued a store credit.

Exchanges are not available at this time.
