Insecurities of exposing your upper back at the beach, or at the pool, can truly cause some unnecessary anxiety. We know, we've been there. For years, we searched for swimwear that gave us some modesty from behind, but was still stylish, fun and flaunted the areas we were happy to flaunt! We didn't want to be the only ones wearing a cover up, I mean the idea was to blend in with the rest, not stand out!
It felt like an impossible task, did everyone except us have either perfect skin or zero insecurities? Did nobody have bacne? Scarring? Back fat? That was how Muka Swim was born, a range of swimwear that was designed with extra back coverage.
But through the endless nights of searching hashtags and google, we did come across some beautiful bikinis and swimsuits that offered the coverage we wanted. So here's a compilation of our favourites this year.

The Malibu one piece is one of our favourites. Super flattering, high coverage and available in various fabrics and colours. They also have a range of swimwear that varies in coverage - allowing you to choose your confidence.

We love this belted one piece! When you need to add a print to your swim wardrobe but aren't ready to commit to bright colours, these designs are a great in between. Stylish yes accessible and with high coverage.
